However, an investigation revealed that information regarding some customers who had made reservations at these facilities through an external reservation management system (Tema-iraizu Co., Ltd.“TEMAIRAZU Series,” hereinafter “the reservation management system”) that information regarding some customers who made reservations at these facilities may have been leaked. 2. Background
On Tuesday, September 22, we confirmed through a report submitted by a guest to our facility via Contact Usthat notifications redirecting some guests to a phishing site (*2) had been sent.
Furthermore, our investigation confirmed that an unauthorized login to the reservation management system occurred as a result of a cyberattack, and there is a possibility that the personal information of some guests was leaked.
Please note that, as of now, there have been no reports of financial losses.
We are continuing to investigate the details of this matter. We will report promptly as soon as new facts are confirmed.

If you receive any suspicious communications (such as emails or messages) claiming to be from this reservation management system or an accommodation facility, please do not reply, click on any URLs or links provided, enter personal information such as credit card details, or make any payments or money transfers. In the unlikely event that you have entered your credit card information or other details on a suspicious website, please contact your credit card company immediately. Please note that the system responsible for this incident does not process or store credit card information.
