Terms of Service
Book NowFujita Kanko Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby establishes the Terms of Use for the Internet service Book Now(hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) as set forth below, governing the use of the Service by corporate, organizational, and individual users.
Article 1 Scope of this Agreement
These Terms of Use shall apply to the Company and users of the service as defined in Article 2 (hereinafter referred to as "User").
Article 2.
This Service refers to the acceptance of reservations for accommodations provided by our company via the Internet, in the manner specified by our company, at Book Now.
Article 3 Conditions of Use of the Service
Users must comply with the terms set forth in these Terms of Service when using this Service.
When users use this Service to make a reservation at Book Now, they must register their name, address, phone number, email address, and other information.
Users agree that there are limitations on the accommodation services provided through this Service and that they will not request services beyond those limitations or a reduction in fees.
Article 4 Establishment of Accommodation Contract
Book Nows made through this service are considered complete when the reservation number is displayed in the browser or when an email notifying the user of the confirmed reservation details is sent; at that point, the accommodation contract between the accommodation facility and the user shall be deemed to have been concluded.
Article 5: Cancellation of Book Now
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding section, if we determine that an applicant for Book Nowhas violated these Terms of Service, or if we find that the applicant has engaged in conduct that falls under the prohibited acts listed in Section 6, we may revoke the Book Nowdomain without prior notice.
Article 6 Prohibitions
The following acts are prohibited when using this service.
- Book NowSubmitting false or improper applications in connection with this matter
- Submitting an application to Book Nowon behalf of another person without that person's consent
- Acts that unreasonably interfere with the operation of this service, cause disadvantage to us, or have the potential to do so
- Any action that infringes on the rights of, causes damage to, or is likely to cause damage to other users or third parties.
- Using this service for commercial purposes such as resale or mediation for a fee.
- Actions that violate or may violate public order and morals and laws and regulations
- In addition to the preceding items, actions that we deem inappropriate.
Article 7: Cancellation or Modification of Book Now
Book NowTo cancel or change a reservation, please contact the applicable accommodation directly through our online reservation system or by phone.
If a user cancels all or part of a reservation made via Book Now, the user will be required to pay the cancellation fee listed below in accordance with the accommodation terms and conditions set by the property. However, if specific cancellation fees are set for individual accommodation plans, the provisions for those plans shall take precedence.

*Event periods are periods when large-scale events (fireworks displays, concerts, sporting events, expositions, and various other events, etc.) are held in the vicinity of the hotel. The period is set and announced in advance by the hotel.
Article 8 User Information
We will not disclose to any third party any personal information or usage history of users that we have obtained in the course of providing this service, except in the following cases
- When disclosure is requested by a public agency with legitimate authority
- When the individual has given his/her consent
- In the event of an unavoidable situation requiring immediate action, we may use registered users’ information for the purpose of analyzing usage trends of this Service. In such cases, we will not disclose users’ personal information or usage history to third parties in a manner that could identify specific companies, organizations, or individuals. In addition to the above, we will handle users’ personal information appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Poricy.
Article 9 Payment
Fees related to Book Nowresulting from this service will be Newsto the applicant via an email notification of reservation confirmation issued by our company.
Accommodation fees must be paid at the accommodation facility upon check-in by the user, using the method specified by the facility.
In addition to the fees Newsat the time of reservation confirmation, any separate charges incurred in connection with the stay must be paid at the respective accommodation facility.
Article 10 Suspension of this Service
We may temporarily suspend the Service without prior notice in the following cases
- To perform server maintenance, inspection, repair, improvement, etc.
- When there is a failure in the system or equipment necessary to provide this service
- When it is necessary to temporarily suspend the system due to modification or upgrade of computer programs, etc.
- When the Internet network fails and communication becomes impossible.
- In case of other unavoidable circumstances
Article 11 Disclaimer
In the event that a user causes inconvenience or damage to others by using this service, the parties concerned shall be responsible for resolving the matter, and we shall not be held responsible in any way. We shall not be liable for any inconvenience or damage caused by the user's inability to use the service due to the circumstances described in Article 10 or the state of communication.
Article 12 Modification of Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use as necessary without prior notice to the User. If the User uses the Service after the modification of the Terms of Use, we will deem the User to have accepted the modified Terms of Use.
Article 13 Consultation
If a problem arises regarding the use of the Service that is not stipulated in these Terms of Use, the parties concerned shall discuss and resolve the problem in good faith.
Article 14 Consent Jurisdiction
If any dispute arises regarding the use of this service that cannot be resolved through discussion between the parties, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Japan in the court having jurisdiction over the location of our company.
