Based on our current findings, we have confirmed that suspicious messages have been sent to some customers who made reservations that meet both of the following conditions:
・Reservation Date: Reservations confirmed by September 21, 2026
and
Stay Date: Reservations with a stay date on or after September 21, 2026 - Information That May Have Been Viewed or Obtained by Third Parties
Due to unauthorized access to the reservation management system, the following reservation-related information may have been viewed or obtained by third parties.
—Guest name, phone number, email address, accommodation name, check-in date, check-out date, and room rate
We have received a report from Tehanai Co., Ltd. stating that the company does not retain credit card information or login credentials for the Book Nowwebsite.

If you receive any suspicious communications (such as emails or messages) claiming to be from this reservation management system or an accommodation facility, please do not reply, click on any URLs or links provided, enter personal information such as credit card details, or make any payments or money transfers. In the unlikely event that you have entered your credit card information or other details on a suspicious website, please contact your credit card company immediately. Please note that the system responsible for this incident does not process or store credit card information.
