- The sweetness of the onions is so good! It has a mild, somehow nostalgic flavor. I also love that it features a generous portion of beef tongue. I wonder if the edamame is actually “zunda”? This curry really gives you a glimpse of the love for Sendai.

- This curry features tender, melt-in-your-mouth beef tendon. The longer the beef tendon simmers, the more umami it imparts to the curry sauce, and the more tender it becomes—making it delicious on its own. It’s truly the perfect ingredient for curry!

: Onion Curry Featuring Fukuyama Highlands Pork and Keitoku Onions
Ms. Indian Curry

- Maybe because it uses plenty of Keitoku onions, this curry really brings out the sweetness of the onions. One of my relatives used to be a farmer at Keitoku in Kitakata, too! Vegetables from Aizu are really delicious, aren’t they?

- This curry is known for the gentle sweetness of its vegetable extracts. The aroma of Japanese-style dashi and soy sauce in the base is also a nice touch. It’s great to see summer vegetables like eggplant and pumpkin in season!

- The rich, deep flavor is simply delicious! Scallops and cream are a perfect pairing, and the same goes for curry. You can really taste the umami from the scallop broth.

- This is one of my top three favorite curries from this year’s National Curry Fair! Are people who stay at this hotel lucky? Haha
The aroma of the fresh herbs is wonderful, and the flavor is irresistible for green curry lovers. It’s also great that it’s packed with big, chunky pieces of ingredients. It’s pretty spicy, so be careful if you don’t handle spice well~

The curry with tender, melt-in-your-mouth beef tendon is absolutely exquisite. It’s a curry that’s pretty hard to make at home, so I’m so glad I can enjoy it here!
