entertainment franchises.
This year marks the 45th anniversary of their release, and to celebrate this milestone, we’re launching a new project at WHG Hotels—a destination that attracts many people not only from Japan, but from all over the world.
Our mission is to spread the joy of sustainable living and create the brightest smiles during guests’ stays through their encounter with “Eco-Pla,” the eco-friendly Gundam Model Kit of the future.

Operation: Sneak Peek at the “Gundam Model Kit Collaboration Room” !
“MG RX-78-2 GUNDAM Ver.3.0” ROOM
This initiative is part of the “Gunpla Recycling Project” promoted by BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd., which aims to contribute to the creation of a circular economy. It involves the free distribution of “Eco-Pla” trial kits, which are produced by collecting and recycling leftover runners (plastic frames) generated during the Gunpla manufacturing process. We host hands-on events where participants can experience the plastic recycling cycle firsthand by placing their runners in collection boxes after assembling their Gunpla models.

A collective term for brands such as Washington Hotel(WH), which caters to business travelers; Hotel Gracery (HG), which caters to tourists; and Hotel Tabinos, which targets millennials. We currently operate 34 properties nationwide. (As of June 2025)
