Using “Gohan Desu Yo!”, we’ve created an original menu
perfect for a “hotel breakfast.”
Here’s a sneak peek!

It's a croissant!
I spread “Gohan Desu Yo! Butter” on it and baked it.
Its distinctive feature is the toasty aroma of the nori when baked.

It's mango jam!
We’ve added the sweetness and aroma of mango to “Gohan Desu!” along with
the tartness of lemon.
It pairs perfectly with bread.

It's potato salad!
I seasoned the boiled potatoes with "Gohan Desu Yo!" instead of mayonnaise.
I finished them off with "Gohan Desu Yo!"

It's grated yam!
I added "Gohan Desu Yo!" to season the grated yam,
and finished it off with shiso leaves and "Ume Gonomi" for a refreshing touch.

It's Yu Lin Ji!
The chicken is marinated in ginger and garlic with the motto, “It’s time for dinner!”
The sauce also brings out the aroma of the sea.
