What is the lease method?
The owner constructs the building, and we lease the hotel portion (or the entire building in the case of a stand-alone hotel) and manage and operate the hotel.

What is the management contract (MC) method?

What is the franchise system?
The owner owns the land and building, and manages and operates the hotel.

What is the asset securitization method (when the owner invests)
The owner sells the assets to a special purpose company (SPC) and earns a profit on the sale.
